**Join Our Team: Dedicated Receptionist Needed at Thriving Pediatric Therapy Clinic!**
**Location:** Edmond, OK
**Position:** Full-Time Receptionist
**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM with an hour for lunch
**Pay Rate:** $16.50 per hour (30 to 35 hours per week)

**Job Responsibilities:**
- **Front Desk Management:** Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- **Administrative Support:** Play a key role in requesting referrals, processing intake forms, and updating important spreadsheets.
- **Office Maintenance:** Ensure that our facilities are organized and presentable.
- **Communication Hub:** Send and receive faxes and assist with the onboarding of new therapists.
- **Patient Interaction:** Provide friendly and attentive service to all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our clinic.

Requirements
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player!
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
