Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers before, during, and after flights
• Provide exceptional customer service by attending to passenger needs and inquiries
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers
• Serve meals and beverages while ensuring a clean and enjoyable cabin environment
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
• Manage in-flight emergencies and first aid situations as necessary
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a team-oriented environment
• No previous experience required; training will be provided
