Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers before, during, and after flights
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to passenger needs and inquiries
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers
- Serve meals and beverages while ensuring a clean and enjoyable cabin environment
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
- Manage in-flight emergencies and first aid situations as necessary
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in a team-oriented environment
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
