Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety by conducting pre-flight safety checks and demonstrating safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during the flight.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage in-flight conflicts and ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all passengers.
• Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures to ensure efficiency and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin before, during, and after flights.
• Communicate effectively with team members and cabin crew to ensure smooth flight operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid passport.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in your native language and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad as required for the role.
