Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Fire Protection Inspection Superintendent to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Oklahoma City, OK office.
As Inspection Superintendent, the following aspects of the projects are your primary responsibility.
- Understand the job’s scope of work and the site’s requirements
- Conduct a kickoff meeting with the sales rep, the inspectors, or whoever necessary to increase the opportunity for success.
- Communication of changes to the site’s requirements or needs all changes are to be documented
- Confirm and update the inspection schedules with the assistance of the Inspection Administrator
- Review Inspection reports for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with Training/Supporting Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspectors
- Ensure that the Technicians have the material and tools needed to perform their assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection inspections.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable fire protection codes and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
