Fire Alarm Service Supervisor

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor for Firetrol’s District office in Oklahoma City, OK. 

The successful candidate will oversee multiple duties, which include:

• Manpower management and oversee service scheduling
• Oversee material ordering and staging
• Timesheet management & payroll
• Responsibility for code compliance and high quality work on all service projects
• Reviewing service documentation for accuracy of material and labor
• Evaluate and analyze risk, then establish risk mitigation strategies
• Lead the service technicians positively and productively
• Other responsibilities as required to support the business

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the Fire and Life Safety Systems Industry.
• Prior experience managing alarm, suppression and hoods service operations in the commercial sector.
• Superior organizational abilities
• Outstanding professional communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for interacting with customers and employees alike
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple business software platforms
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
