Xpress Wellness and Integrity Urgent Care are leading healthcare care providers committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. We currently have 60+ Urgent Care clinics across Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join out team. The Director of Marketing is responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing and business development activites and functions for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for maximizing company and clinic level SEO
- Collaborate with clinic level leaders to develop initiatives for their target audience and provide training resources for clinic leaders to increase the effectiveness for local initiatives
- Identify and measure most relevant KPIs for marketing initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and business development activities and functions within the marketing department. With Xpress Wellness executives and external marketing consultants when indicated, develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Function as an ambassador for external customers such as civic clubs, chambers, schools, employers, etc developing trusting relationships with these entities. Identify business opportuntities with employers related to workers comp, occupational medicine, health screens, etc. Manage, mentor and teach marketing coordinators and area leadership in these functions as necessary.
- Manage the development of, with Xpress Consultants and external vendors, the content for social media, website, newsletters, press releases, video and any other distribution channels.
- Create communication presentations, surveys, articles, reports, information , and any form of activity data as needed.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with teams for new ideas, strategies and corporate events.
- Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of marketing materials for the company.
- With team members, develop the strategies for current and existing products, new clinic launches, promotions, and corporate culture events.
- Manage the media and press opportunities and community outreach for all clinic locations.
- With team members, assist in managing the communications for events, such as recruiting events, training events, trade events, as needed.
- Develop and promote company brand and reputation.
- Manages special projects and duties as assigned. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations or Journalism Preferred, Experience in related marketing/public relations/field is a plus but not required.
- 2 – 3 years experience working in a marketing or communications position preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Great communicator with exceptional writing capabilities, including knowledge of AP Style
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience in various desktop publishing, video creation and editing software
- Ability to multitask and monitor several projects and accounts on a daily basis
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Excellent media and public relations skills
- Ability to react to change productively and handle essential tasks as assignedStrong organizational and time management skills
