Diesel Engine Rebuilder

Our client, who specialized in heavy duty equipment services and repairs are in need of a Equipment Engine/ Transmission Rebuilder in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for a Direct Hire position with Must be experienced with Diesel and Gas engines and transmissions.

Duties

• Disassemble and rebuild Heavy Equipment  engines and transmissions to like-new condition for client and/or customers.
• Test all rebuilt engines and transmission on test stands to ensure quality standards.
• Keep facilities, materials, tools, work area clean and orderly, exercising care in their use and assisting in
their maintenance as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Five years on the job experience in diesel mechanics and hydraulics.
• Must furnish own hand tools. (Company furnished specialty tools)
• Job requires stooping, bending, climbing, and capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum skill reading electric wiring diagrams.
• Basic computer skills required.
