Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information about services offered.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and concerns to improve service delivery and client experiences.
  • Collaborate with mental health professionals to understand client needs and ensure timely communication of relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of mental health services and company policies to effectively guide clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance customer service skills and mental health awareness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or mental health care preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathize and relate to clients.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and systems for case management and communication tracking.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing excellent client service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
