Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Master's degree preferred)
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience as a tax or accounting professional in public accounting or an accounting/finance role
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
Utilize QBO to manage financial data and produce reports
Accurately record and classify daily financial transactions
Clean up financials and prepare bank reconciliations within budgeted hours
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Maintain strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
