Bilingual Night Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Night Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our commercial cleaning services and ensuring client satisfaction by effectively communicating with both English and Spanish-speaking clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nightly operations, ensuring compliance with company protocols and client contracts.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and the client, addressing any issues or concerns in both English and Spanish.
• Monitor the quality of work performed by ICs and enforce service level agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning activities to ensure high standards and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit nightly reports to management outlining operations, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Facility Services Manager to address urgent client needs and complaints effectively.
• Coordinate training for ICs and staff to ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, providing clear communication about service expectations.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial cleaning industry preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience with a focus on customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic technology skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage of $17-$19/hour
• Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month

Schedule:

• 20-25 hours per week; may be able to turn into full-time at a later date.
• The assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
• The assigned work hours are flexible, somewhere between 5:00 pm – 2:00 am. Many of our Night Managers work 8:00 pm - 1:00 am.
