E3Bookkeeping is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our bookkeeping department. E3 Bookkeeping specializes in managing data entry, providing timely bank account, and credit card reconciliation. We accurately track revenue and expenses, delivering valuable insights into our clients' businesses. With our assistance, business owners can focus on growing their bottom line while having timely data and more time to spend in the front office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the bookkeeping department by coordinating and allocating tasks to team members.
- Oversee data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Perform regular bank account and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Track revenue and expenses, identifying any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for different stakeholders, including clients and management.
- Offer support and guidance to clients on bookkeeping best practices and solutions.
- Assist in training new team members on bookkeeping procedures and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
