About the Team:
Our Operations function plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient management of inventory management, order fulfilment, customer support and logistics, this function is dedicated to optimising every step of the customer journey. By leveraging technology, data analytics, and best practices in supply chain management, the team ensures timely delivery, accurate order processing, and a smooth user experience across digital platforms.
About the Role:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse operations including resource planning, organising, and directing all activities.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, create action plans, and ensure effective implementation.
• Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies and losses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including warehouse associates, forklift operators.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols in the warehouse.
• Identify areas of improvement in warehouse operations and implement best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
