M/I Homes, a top 15 national home builder, continues to expand its division in Cincinnati/Dayton. They seek a Title Escrow Processor/Closer for its partner title subsidiary, TransOhio Residential Title Agency.
The office services customers in both the main office located in Cincinnati and a satellite office in the Springboro area. The successful candidate must be very well versed in processing and closing all types of purchase money mortgage loans. This opportunity is a full-time, in office position.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Process documentation for Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage loan transactions.
- Create real estate documents for closing.
- Conduct and notarize signing with each buyer.
- Warehouse and disburse file according to file requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathers and analyzes necessary documents from lenders.
- Reviews and organizes information from the Lender to ensure timeliness and accuracy of Initial Closing Disclosure according to statutory and lender requirements.
- Communicates with applicant(s), underwriters and/or creditors to resolve issues regarding application
Requirements
Minimum Education and Work Experience:
- High school graduate, with some college preferred, and at least two (2) years of experience in the title insurance/escrow closing field.
- Proficient in use of SoftPro a plus.
- Notary Public (Preferred)
- Title Insurance license (Preferred)
