We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. From MRIs to tests for TBIs, our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day.

We’re doing diagnostics differently, with a portfolio of brands tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.

We’re looking for a Territory Sales Rep at an exciting time - we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will analyze data strategically to drive growth, build relationships in the healthcare and personal injury (PI) space, and consistently exceed sales goals. This role requires exceptional people skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to work seamlessly across departments to deliver outstanding service to our clients. 

To be considered for this role, you must be local to the Cleveland, Ohio area.

As a scaleup business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in:

  • Own and grow your territory by identifying and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Confidently convey the value of our solutions, tailoring your pitch to address the unique needs of clients in the healthcare and PI industries.
  • Exceed sales goals by executing strategic plans that prioritize key accounts and target growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions, including patient-specific inquiries, are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Partner with the operations team to resolve client issues, adhering to internal processes and leveraging the right channels to find answers.
  • Analyze provided data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and capitalize on opportunities to strategically grow your territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and other performance metrics, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
  • Leverage your background in healthcare or personal injury to build credibility with clients and address industry-specific challenges.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and innovations that could impact your territory or client base.

  • Drive new client growth and scan volume by developing strategic plans for each target client to introduce our offerings with the client's evolving needs
  • Establish trust and rapport with key clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. Schedule regular check-ins, proactively communicate, and respond to inquiries quickly. Be a reliable resource and offer tailored solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Develop deep knowledge of Scan.com’s products and services
  • Retain existing clients through servicing accounts and secure client growth by delivering consistent value and improving client satisfaction
  • Establish strong internal relationships with your Market Manager and operations team by helping navigate the intricacies of the market.

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability:

  1. Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Senior Talent Partner. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
  2. Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview that will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
  3. All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment, or further video calls. Length varies, but we’re mindful of your time and try to keep it as simple as possible.
  4. Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
