As a Tax Controversy Specialist - Real Estate, you will play a key role in managing and resolving tax controversies related to real estate investments and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and resolving tax controversies related to real estate investments and transactions
• Represent clients in negotiations and interactions with tax authorities
• Research and analyze complex tax issues
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize tax risks
• Review and assist with the preparation of tax returns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or JD strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax controversy or tax consulting, preferably in real estate
• Strong knowledge of real estate taxation and tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
