Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Allied Machine & Engineering, headquartered in Dover, Ohio, is a leading manufacturer of hole making and finishing cutting tool systems. Our tooling solutions deliver the lowest cost per hole in a wide range of applications. Allied is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates to fill open positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
