Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group therapy and manage individual cases for adults with substance use disorders.
- Craft and review comprehensive treatment plans promptly within set timelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective continuity of care.
- Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation.
- Uphold professional boundaries and confidentiality consistently.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree, or equivalent .
- At least two years’ (preferredd) experience in substance use disorder treatment.
- Certification: Minimum of LCDCII, or in process of increasing certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ASAM criteria beneficial.
Skills:
- Expertise in group therapy, crisis intervention, and time management.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of the 12-step Recovery Program and addiction treatment models.
