Welcome to Best Time Watch Repair - a family owned business in the heart of Fairlawn Ohio.

We are looking for a store manager who is capable of also performing basic tasks such as answer calls, texts, and emails to get back to any customer concerns that may arise. This job will also entail Battery Replacements, Band Sizings, etc. As well as taking in repair jobs and meeting with customers for pick up/drop off of their timepieces in store.

Pay will be based upon overall experience, and we are willing to add higher pay as the employee shows us that they can do a good job and help the store grow. We are also willing to add incentives as the amount of skills grow and we will provide training to ensure success, such as Tips, Wage Increases, Paid breaks etc!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Additional store manager duties as needed
