Express Employment is currently seeking skilled individuals for Chemical Production roles. As a Skilled Chemical Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment and machinery to manufacture chemicals and ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards. Applicants must be open to working any assigned shift after training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture chemicals according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Measure and mix chemicals and raw materials according to recipe specifications
• Perform quality control tests and inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Document and record production data accurately
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in chemical production, mixing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of handling chemicals and understanding of safety procedures
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
• Good math and measurement skills
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
