Service Technician - Toledo, OH - Some Travel

Express Employment is seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician for a position based in Toledo, OH. This role will involve some travel to client sites, where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose equipment issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Travel to different job sites based on service needs and customer requirements
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines during service calls

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician or in a related field
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to travel to various sites as needed
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with the tools and equipment required for maintenance and repair
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies and best practices
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
