Senior Product Designer

Bergsen Metals, a leader in the distribution of cold finished carbon products, is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve our products.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with prototyping tools and conducting user research is highly preferred.
