Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report financial results, including sales, profits, and working capital.
- Prepare and organize monthly Business Reviews.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist with physical inventories at Cleveland plant locations.
- Participate in staff and individual meetings to enhance teamwork and communication.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests.
- Contribute to the Company’s 2025 Strategy with additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of three years of related experience, with a focus on manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Hyperion Enterprise and SAP are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
