Your Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of our Long-Term Health Care practice, handling complex transactions and providing top-notch legal advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and draft purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and other related documents for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
- Manage all aspects of business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments in the long-term health care sector.
- Provide strategic advice and legal expertise to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
