The Call-by-Call Coach Role:

The Call-by-Call coach provides direct support to Spartan Plumbing Team members as they work within our client’s homes. Their main focus is on the customer, working to provide options and lead 5-star quality service at every appointment, every time, with everyone we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

· The Call-by-Call Coach is responsible for holding their assigned team members accountable to the following standards on every call:

o Complete a thorough diagnostic check on plumbing and/or drain systems.

o Create top, mid-range, and baseline option choices for clients.

o Customize top tier options to fit the client’s needs and goals.

o Finalize each interaction appointment to a Yes/No/Reschedule conclusion.

o Orchestrate the lead turnover from service technician to the lead.

· Coach and guide the team members to follow established processes and procedures.

· Track team member activities during appointments/calls via software and procedures.

· Create replacement or corrective option solutions in “live” interactions.

· Qualify clients for turnover opportunities.

· Present and sell solutions with team members via electronic and video interactive software.

· Complete and perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in residential Plumbing and Drains sales or a compatible service role, with a demonstrated history of high performance is preferred, but not necessary.

· Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

· Superior written and verbal communication skills.

· Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to analyze problems and create better solutions.

· Proficiency in Slack, Service Titan, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strict focus and alignment to company philosophy, mission, and goals.

· Superior ability to multitask, prioritize, with time management efficiency.

· Ability to encourage and motivate the Spartan Plumbing team.

· High School Diploma or GED.

Pay: $35,360.23 - $48,650.43 per year
