Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct energy assessments and analyze data to propose customized energy solutions that meet client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to maximize value for both the clients and Universal Energy Solutions.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of energy solutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Energy Sales Broker or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive for results.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
