Robotic Maintenance and Programmers

Express Employment is currently seeking skilled Robotic Maintenance and Programmers to join a great team here in Toledo. In this role, you will be responsible for both maintaining and programming robotic systems used in various industrial applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic systems to ensure continuous operation
• Program and configure robots for specific tasks and operations
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary upgrades on robotic systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new robotic solutions
• Monitor robotic performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
• Provide training and support to operators and other staff regarding robotic systems

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotic maintenance and programming
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar
• Strong understanding of robotic systems, PLCs, and automation technologies
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in robotic operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
