Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and financial performance.
• Train, develop, and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions and events.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the menu according to market trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
• Ability to manage budgets and financials.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
