Full Job Description
Jaan Health, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Screener to join our HR team as a part time team member. As a Recruitment Screener, you will be responsible for evaluating candidate applications and conducting initial screenings to identify qualified candidates for further consideration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates and has a strong eye for identifying potential talent. This role will be for 20-25 hours per week with the potential to move to full time once key metrics are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Review candidate applications and resumes to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Conduct phone screenings with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Assist in coordinating interviews and scheduling with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
- Participate in recruitment strategy discussions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and candidate screening
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment or candidate screening preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively screen candidates and ask relevant questions
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
Education and Experience
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or HR-related role
