Quality Supervisor - Weekend Shift

Express Employment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Supervisor for a Weekend Shift. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the quality control activities during the weekend production schedule. You will ensure that products meet quality standards, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control team during the weekend shift
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality control or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques
• Experience with conducting audits and inspections
• Proficient in using quality management software
