Work Schedule 6:30am - 2:30pm, the 5 day work week Monday-Friday

$21/hour

Allow me to introduce you to Kutol Products Company, we are a thriving hand soap and hand sanitizer manufacturer operating out of our Silver LEED Certified facility in Sharonville, Ohio. We process and package both cosmetic and drug formulas that work with our proprietary dispensing systeDms across the country and beyond. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Label Clerk to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.” 

At Kutol our QA Label Clerk Issues and maintains pre-printed OTC and cosmetic container labels; print and issue case labels and maintain inventory.

The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include:

• Generate labels from computer database according to required Packaging Specification.

• Complete required recording functions on the Packaging Specification and issue labels to manufacturing

• Set up computerized case labels as required for all new items and create new databases when necessary.

• Complete the required label receiving paperwork and clerical records

• Responsible for cycle counts, and accuracy of all label inventories.

• Participate in all physical inventories.

• Log labels into the bin locator system, and place labels in assigned bin location in the label storage room.

• Maintain inventory on customer Material Safety Data Sheets and production forms as required.

• May generate in house decorating work orders.

• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and experience:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months job related experience

Knowledge/Skills & ability:

• Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to effectively multi-task
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to perform computer operation, with experience and understanding of MRP systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Label Vision or like data base programs

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Lifting/moving objects (to the waist) up to 45 pounds 5-10% of the time.
• Stand/walk up to 40% of the time: sit 60% of time.

Starting pay for qualified candidates is $21/hour with a review and raise after 3 months, on your one year anniversary and annually thereafter.
