Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and budgeting.
• Implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates.
• Oversee the leasing process, including marketing efforts, screening prospective tenants, and conducting lease negotiations.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage property maintenance and repair work, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Create and maintain accurate records, including lease agreements, financial transactions, and maintenance requests.
• Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Stay updated on local landlord-tenant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Supervise property staff, providing training, guidance, and leadership.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
