Property Manager

Banyan Living is a leading property management company specializing in multi-family residential properties. As a Property Manager at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maximizing property value.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
• Ensure the property is maintained in excellent condition and meets all safety and compliance standards
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
• Supervise and train property staff, including leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of property management experience
• Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
• Proficiency in property management software
