Property Manager

As a Property Manager at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Barrington Place in Westlake Ohio. You will ensure that the property is well-maintained, fully occupied, and operating within budget. In addition, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements
• Manage tenant relations, including leasing, move-ins, and move-outs
• Ensure proper accounting and financial management, including rent collection and budgeting
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff
• Enforce property policies and comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

- Prior experience in property management

- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
