Programmer

This is a non-remote position, and is required to work in our Dover, Ohio location.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across various programming languages.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of software documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.
• Work closely with senior developers to gain valuable insights and guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize performance, enhance functionality, and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in software development with proficiency in web-based programming using .net or comparable frameworks. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated adaptability to learn new technologies and tools as required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
