Preventative Maintenance Technician

Allied is currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn how to efficiently perform preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and durability.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and clean equipment to identify potential issues.
• Repair or replace faulty parts as needed.
• Apply lubricants and other chemicals to machinery parts.
• Test machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. HS work-study programs welcome.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
