Plastic Process Technician

As a Plastic Process Technician, you will be responsible to keep all machines running properly in order to produce quality product on-time.

Plastic Process Technician Experience:

• Previous manufacturing experience and plastic molding experience, Required
• Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic or injection presses, PLCs, Preferred
• Prior experience with molding machines, Preferred

Plastic Process Technician Responsibilities:

• Follow preventative maintenance program
• Make repairs to equipment to maintain production schedules, quality
• Maintain maintenance files on all equipment, buildings
• Work with department supervisors to minimize disruption to production schedules when repairs needed
• Follow appropriate ANSI, NEC codes; OSHA regulations, including safety requirements
• Work with outside contractors
• On call for after-hours maintenance issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Pay:

• Weekly, Direct Deposit
• Based on Experience

Hours:

• Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Shift Premiums for 2nd & 3rd shift
• Hours: 8-hrs minimum per week day
• Overtime as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.37 - $20.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Requirements

Plastic Process Technician Experience:

Plastic Process Technician Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and / or walk (being on your feet) for eight hours.
• Good vision, correctable with glasses.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Other requirements may be necessary as the job dictates.
