What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads—no cold calling!
• Schedule consultations for homeowners with our expert sales team.
• Answer homeowner inquiries and provide helpful information about our services.
• Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• A goal-oriented mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, incentive-based environment.
• The ability to handle objections and stay motivated even after hearing “no.”
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate CRM systems.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
