Pediatric Medical Director- Hospitalist

The Pediatric Medical Director - Hospitalist is responsible for the medical care of hospitalized pediatric patients and for providing leadership and direction to the pediatric hospitalist team. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified pediatrician with experience in hospital medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to hospitalized pediatric patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients
• Lead and mentor the pediatric hospitalist team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on the latest medical advances in pediatrics

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatrician with experience in hospital medicine
• Strong clinical skills and judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and management experience
• Commitment to quality improvement

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
