Position: Partner Attorney (Employment )
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Partner/Attorney to join our team. This key position requires a professional with a strong background in managing various employment-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing representation and advice to employers on an array of employment issues including employment litigation, employee policies, and training.
- Creation and management of employment contracts and agreements.
- Providing day-to-day employment counseling, ensuring wage and hour compliance, and managing leave administration.
- Conducting litigation in both state and federal courts with a high degree of proficiency.
Requirements
Preferred Additional Experience:
- Experience in employment class action and wage and hour collective/class actions.
- Experience conducting internal and governmental investigations.
- Experience in employee benefits litigation and labor relations.
