Operator Set Up 4-Axis OD Grind

Allied is currently looking for an Operator Set Up (4-Axis OD Grind) to set up and operate 4-Axis OD Grind machines producing high-quality parts.

• Schedule: 5 pm - 5 am. Work 3 days in week 1 and four days in week 2. Schedule repeats every two weeks.
• Will train 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
• Shift Premium Differential: $4.00

Requirements

• Set up, operate, and adjust 4-Axis OD Grind machines
• Perform inspection of parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
• Follow work instructions and blueprints
• Maintain a high-quality standard and rate of efficiency
• Adhere to safety guidelines and practices
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multi-task

Experience:

• Previous machining experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools, preferred
