We are seeking to hire a full-time NetSuite Administrator to join our IT & Data Team.
Primary Objective: To provide technical and functional support to end-users and customers for implementations and upgrades of the NetSuite platform and related technologies.
Primary Functions: Configuring and maintaining NetSuite for business operations. Lead NetSuite project initiatives. Document system processed and flows. Provide NetSuite end user support.

Scheduled Hours: Mon-Fri / 8:00am-5:00pm
Key Areas of Responsibility (Including but not limited to):
- Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations, workflows, and training materials
- Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, usage etc.
- Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite.
- Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs.
- Communicate across departments to understand their business processes and customize and configure systems accordingly
- Participate in on-going system training and lead internal trainings and regular information sharing activities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects or requests while collaborating and coordinating with teammates
- Provide advanced reporting, searching, and dashboard assistance
- Perform day-to-day administration of NetSuite system, including troubleshooting system and integration issues
- Develop custom scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Manage and Monitor NetSuite integrations with internal and external applications
- Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control, security and integrity.
- Assist with data import process, data cleanup, and data migration from various systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations
- Other tasks/responsibilities as requested by the manager
Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite and Celigo systems
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills – both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Jira, Javascript, HTML, git, and web services
- Knowledge of csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, report analytics and scheduling scripts
Experience/Education Required
- Associates degree in Computer Systems related degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ Years of relevant experience required
