NA/PA Emergency Medicine

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Medicine team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in the emergency department, demonstrating sound judgment and expert clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting patient assessments and formulating diagnosis and treatment plans

2. Managing and coordinating patient care with the interdisciplinary team

3. Performing procedures within scope of practice

4. Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care

5. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care

6. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities

Requirements:

1. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

2. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

3. Experience in emergency or urgent care setting preferred

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
