Master Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Create and manage complex, multi-year project schedules from a variety of inputs and stakeholders
- Attend and participate in project meetings; coordinate tasks, monitor progress, assess resources, identify and assess risks & establish backup schedules
- Assess and deconflict schedules across multiple concurrent projects
- Provide progress reports and coordinate internal and vendor completion rates with cost accounting
- Establish project templates and train team members on processes and tools
- Oversee planning and execution of medium to large sized project(s) to deliver on intended outcomes
- Working with necessary cross functional resources enterprise wide, coordinate the deliverance of several upstream and downstream dependencies, while proactively removing impediments to drive outcomes
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, governance, vendors providing services ensuring they meet their execution milestones
- Monitor and control project schedule and financials
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
- Report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior management
Requirements
- Initially fully on-site with hybrid option after initial onboarding and development of major project schedules. Local resource highly preferred.
- Preference for cGMP and/or construction experience
- Preference for Smartsheet and MS Project
- Strong background in construction and reporting in pharma industry
- Solid grasp of portfolio and program framework
- Experience reporting Project/Program status to senior leadership.
- Strong Stakeholder building and relationship skills

- Strong Team Management skills
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing complex, multi-year project schedules from a variety of inputs and stakeholders

- Ability to establish project templates and train team members on processes and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative and interpersonal skills

- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project, and other project management tools
- Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with a variety of personality types

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
$70,491 to $118,941
