Requirements

• Attendance is critical! You are representing Banyan Living, your team and the property owners. We need you to be there!
• Transportation to and from work is paramount.
• Arrive on time everyday and ready to be productive.
• A cheerful positive attitude is essential!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is important.
• Prior maintenance experience is a plus.
• We conduct background checks on all candidates.
