We are seeking an ENTHUSIASTIC Maintenance Supervisor who is ready to be a vital part of our team! If you possess outstanding customer service skills along with excellent maintenance expertise, we would love to meet YOU!

• Reports to: Property Manager
• Compensation: $25-$26 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Dependable attendance is critical as you represent Banyan Living, your team, and property owners.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
• Punctuality is key; arrive on time and be prepared to lead your team.
• A cheerful, positive attitude is a must!
• Flexibility in scheduling is important, especially during peak maintenance periods.
• 3+ years of experience in lead maintenance roles is advantageous.
• All candidates will undergo a background investigation, with employment contingent on the results.
• All employees must abide by the Employee Handbook and our Policies & Procedures.
