Maintenance Supervisor

Banyan Living is a dynamic growing company who operates several luxury apartment homes.

We are looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC individual who would like to be a valuable team member in our growing business! If you have fantastic customer service skills, with superior apartment maintenance skills and are eager to find your niche, Banyan Living wants to meet YOU!

• Reports: Property Manager
• Wages $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Attendance is critical! You are representing Banyan Living, your team and the property owners. We need you to be there!
• Transportation to and from work is paramount
• Arrive on time everyday and ready to lead your team
• A cheerful positive attitude is essential!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is important, especially during the winter months
• 3+ years lead maintenance experience is helpful
• We complete a background investigation on candidates and employment is contingent on the results
• All employees must adhere to the Employee Handbook and our Policy & Procedures
