Maintenance Supervisor

Born's Landscape & Lawn Care is a well-established company dedicated to providing exceptional landscape and lawn care services. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall maintenance and functionality of our clients' landscapes and lawns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of landscapers and lawn care technicians in performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Inspect landscapes and lawns regularly to identify any issues or areas that require attention.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure work is performed to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific maintenance needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies, and place orders as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping or lawn care industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping and lawn care maintenance techniques and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using landscaping equipment and tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
