Join Luxium Solutions, LLC as a Maintenance Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production facilities. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will perform complex maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance.
Maintenance specialist will troubleshoot and repair equipment with PLC’s and controllers, Work on facility equipment that is not working (electrical issues or mechanical issues), work on projects throughout the facility along with any facility work that needs to be accomplished. At times there will be a need for programming, writing, and troubleshooting PLC logic to install in our equipment, and programming and configuring controllers, calibration of controllers and other plant equipment. Any maintenance that is required to keep the facility running at full capacity in order for all departments to meet customer needs and on time delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- PLC / ladder logic, controls training certification preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Controls Technician or similar role.
- Understanding ladder logic and (Allen Bradley) PLC and basic programming.
- Knowledge of electrical and control system principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 years in an industrial setting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and control system diagrams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
