Leasing Consultant

We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Banyan Living. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of our multi-family residential apartments in North Royalton, OH.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting prospects and qualifying their needs
• Recording all telephone and in-person visits
• Inspecting models and available apartments
• Demonstrating the community and apartments to potential residents
• Processing applications and securing deposits
• Updating availability reports and processing lease applications
• Orienting new residents to the community
• Monitoring renewals and advertising effectiveness

We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to help potential tenants relocate to our upscale luxury property. If you have experience in the service industry or have worked in restaurants or hotels, we strongly encourage you to apply. We will provide training to those who are motivated and willing to learn.

Computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures are important for this role. Attendance is an imperative job function, and availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Requirements

• Experience in the service industry, restaurants, or hotels is a plus
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

This hourly position also qualifies for a performance bonus, based on new leases and renewals.
