Lead Commercial Superintendent

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a large, multimillion-dollar historical site being transformed into a luxury hotel. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing large-scale commercial projects, particularly those involving hotels and historical buildings. The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards, while preserving the historical integrity of the site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, preferably currently in a Senior or Lead role with experience in hospitality (Hotel), commercial and large scale projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams on-site
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction practices
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and quality
• Experience with scheduling software and project management tools is a plus
